Botswana

We have briefly been to Botswana before and camped at Chobe. We heard a light rustling of leaves in the night as we slept in our flimsy tent. We woke to see footprints of Hippos and Hyenas next to our tent. It is a great country with a lot to see, although not cheap. We can't afford to do all the parks because of the high entry fees, and we will get a lot of parks on this trip so we are limiting ourselves a bit. Parks will cost us around 40GBP per day.
- Nata
- Makgadikgadi Pan - salt pans, morages, Sua Pan, Kubu Island
- Okovango Delta - Maun - Flooding is May to Oct (flooding is good)
- Moremi
- Chobe - One of the top game parks on the Chobe river

No visa required for Saffas

These are some teaser pics from the internet...
